DRESS CODE

The dress code for is Black Tie, 1920’s and Uniform.  The Roaring Twenties are synonymous with gangsters, flappers, swing jazz and bootleggers, so all guests are encouraged to give a 1920’s twist to their Black Tie outfits.  All serving regular and reservist personnel are strongly encouraged to wear Mess Kit. Retired service personnel are encouraged to wear decorations where applicable.

7.15pm Guests move through for dinner
9.00pm Main auction
9.45pm Dancing commences and Casino opens
11.30am Bidding for the Silent Auction closes
1.00am Carriages

CASINO

There will be a casino after dinner.  All money raised will go directly to Help for Heroes.

FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES

Please remember that this is a fundraising event so we urge you to come prepared with cash and a cheque book.  Credit/debit card facilities will also be available. The fundraising activities on the night will include a main auction (details to follow), a silent auction throughout the evening, and the promise roulette.

The promise roulette will allow guests to choose an envelope of varying values (£20, £50, £100 or £250) to win one of over 250 prizes kindly donated by supporters of Vintage & Valour. The ‘roulette’ element is in what you might win. These envelopes will be on sale throughout the evening.

TAXIS

There will be taxis for everyone who needs them outside from 10.30pm onwards.
